Registration Process
Step 1: Go to the official website of the university and click on the link for the online application form (Click here).
Step 2: Fill in all the required details in the online application form and upload your photograph, signature, and all other relevant documents in the appropriate box.
Step 3: Verify all the entries/information given by you before submitting the form.
Step 4: Pay the required counselling registration fee by online mode only. Please note that the counselling registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Step 5: After submitting the form, take a printout of the submitted form (hard copy) for your reference.
Step 6: Keep at least 10 copies of the same photograph (as submitted in NEET PG-2021 application form) for the entire admission process.
Step 7: If you need to edit any information or upload new documents after final submission, you can do so within the time schedule of registration by paying an additional fee of Rs. 500/- each session for editing (only by online mode). Click on the "PAY CORRECTION FEE" link after login to make the payment.
Step 8: Remember that under no circumstances will time extension be permitted for editing the information. After editing, the previous entries & hard copy of print out will be treated as null and void.

Counselling Process
Step 1: Registration
Use your NEET PG Roll Number as the login ID to register for counselling. Provide a valid mobile number for verification.
Step 2: Completion of registration
After provisional registration, complete the registration process by filling data, uploading required documents, paying the fee, filling preferences/choices, and locking choices.
Step 3: Eligibility for counselling
Merely registering provisionally does not make the candidate eligible for counselling and seat allotment.
Step 4: Round-wise registration
Registration is available for each round of counselling as notified in the counselling schedule.
Step 5: Failure to register
If a candidate fails to register in a particular round of counselling, they will not be considered for seat allotment for that round.
Step 6: Editing
If a candidate wishes to edit any information or upload new documents after final submission, they have to pay an additional fee of Rs.500/- each session for editing (only by online mode). No time extension will be permitted for editing information.
Step 7: General counselling instructions
All NEET PG qualified candidates interested in participating in counselling against PG State/All India-Management quota seats must register themselves in various rounds of counselling.
Step 8: Participation in subsequent rounds
Candidates who fail to register in the first round of counselling can participate in the second and mop-up round of counselling after registration and payment of the required fee.
Step 9: Registered candidates only
Only registered candidates will be allowed to participate in that particular round of counselling.
Step 10: Required information:
The candidate must provide their NEET PG examination Roll Number, NEET application number, valid mobile number, and other required information to register for counselling. The candidate will receive a verification code on their registered mobile, which they will use for registration in subsequent steps of the online application form.
Step 11: Seat retention
As per the directives of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, students who take admission and secure admission in Deemed Universities pursuant to the second round of counselling conducted by the DGHS shall not be eligible to participate in NEET PG- Uttarakhand State Centralised Counselling.

MCC 50% AIQ Quota
About MCC
Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. The MCC is responsible for conducting online counselling for admission of 50% of seats to various postgraduate medical and dental courses in India, including MBBS and BDS, through the NEET UG and NEET PG exams, respectively.
The MCC conducts centralized counselling for the 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government medical and dental colleges across India, as well as for seats in Deemed and Central Universities, ESIC, and AFMC colleges. The counselling process involves registration, choice filling, seat allotment, document verification, and admission to the allotted colleges.
MCC NEET Counselling Registration
MCC holds four rounds of NEET-UG counseling for AIQ, including a mop-up round and a stray vacancy round. Following the completion of Round 2, the MCC will fill the remaining seats in a mop-up round and a stray vacancy round. The following steps must be taken:
- Visit the official website: Visit the official website of MCC (https://mcc.nic.in/) and click on the "UG Medical Counseling" tab.
- New registration: Click on "New Registration" and fill in all the required details such as personal details, contact details, NEET exam details, and security pin. After filling in all the details, click on the "Submit" button.
- Login credentials: After successful registration, a new page will appear with your login credentials. Use these credentials to log in and fill in your choices of colleges and courses.
- Choice filling: Fill in your preferred colleges and courses in order of priority. You can choose as many choices as you want.
- Locking of choices: After you have filled in your choices, you need to lock them by clicking on the "Lock Choices" button. Once the choices are locked, you cannot make any changes.
- Seat allotment: The MCC conducts the seat allotment process based on your rank, category, and the choices filled by you. You will be able to see your seat allotment result on the official website.
- Reporting to the allotted college: If you are satisfied with the seat allotted to you, you need to report to the allotted college within the specified time with all the required documents and pay the admission fee.

Rounds For Counselling
Round 1:
- Register: Pay the non-refundable registration fee and refundable security deposit.
- Choose colleges: Fill in your preferred colleges in order of priority and lock your choices.
- Seat allotment: MCC processes your choices and allots seats based on merit and rank. Results are published on the MCC website.
- Reporting: If you get a seat, report to the allotted college and complete admission formalities. You can opt for an upgrade to Round 2 here.
Round 2:
- New Registrations: Only for those who didn't register in Round 1 or resigned/didn't report in Round 1.
- Fresh choices: Fill in new choices for available seats.
- Results and reporting: Same as Round 1.
Mop-Up Round:
- Fresh registrations: Only for those who exited Round 2 with fee forfeiture or those who registered but got no seat in Rounds 1 & 2. Not eligible for those who joined a seat in Round 2.
