Telagana NEET PG Counselling 2024
Registration Process
Step 1: Visit the official website of Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal (Click Here).
Step 2: Click on the "PG Medical Admissions 2024" link and select "Online Registration."
Step 3: Fill in the required details such as name, NEET PG-2024 score, NEET PG-2024 rank, and other necessary information.
Step 3: Upload scanned copies of necessary documents, such as NEET-PG 2024 Score Card, MBBS Degree Certificate, Internship completion certificate, Registration with State Medical Council, and Category certificate (if applicable).
Step 4: Pay the registration fee and the verification fee for certificates with regard to equivalence/equivalency as specified in the regulations.
Step 5: Submit the registration form and take a printout for future reference.
Counselling Process
Step 1: Online Registration
Candidates who are eligible as per the criteria mentioned above must register online by filling the application form and uploading the required documents.
Step 2: Document Verification
The registered candidates need to attend the document verification process in person, where their original certificates will be verified. Candidates must carry all the necessary original certificates along with a set of self-attested photocopies.
Step 3: Choice Filling and Locking
After the document verification process, candidates will be given a login ID and password to access the online portal. Candidates must fill in their choices of colleges and specializations in the order of their preference. The candidates must then lock their choices before the deadline.
Step 4: Seat Allotment:
Based on the NEET-PG 2024 rank, choices filled by the candidate, and the availability of seats in the preferred colleges, the seat allotment list will be published. Candidates who have been allotted a seat must download the allotment order and pay the prescribed fee.
Step 5: Reporting to College:
Candidates must report to the allotted college on the specified date and time along with the allotment order and necessary documents. Failure to report to the allotted college on time will result in the forfeiture of the seat.
Step 6: Second round of Counselling:
If there are any vacant seats after the first round of counselling, a second round of counselling will be conducted. The process for the second round of counselling is similar to the first round.
Step 7: Mop-up Round Counselling:
If there are still vacant seats after the second round of counselling, a mop-up round of counselling will be conducted to fill the remaining seats.

About MCC
Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. The MCC is responsible for conducting online counselling for admission of 50% of seats to various postgraduate medical and dental courses in India, including MBBS and BDS, through the NEET UG and NEET PG exams, respectively.
The MCC conducts centralized counselling for the 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government medical and dental colleges across India, as well as for seats in Deemed and Central Universities, ESIC, and AFMC colleges. The counselling process involves registration, choice filling, seat allotment, document verification, and admission to the allotted colleges.
MCC NEET Counselling Registration
MCC holds four rounds of NEET-UG counseling for AIQ, including a mop-up round and a stray vacancy round. Following the completion of Round 2, the MCC will fill the remaining seats in a mop-up round and a stray vacancy round. The following steps must be taken:
- Visit the official website: Visit the official website of MCC (https://mcc.nic.in/) and click on the "UG Medical Counseling" tab.
- New registration: Click on "New Registration" and fill in all the required details such as personal details, contact details, NEET exam details, and security pin. After filling in all the details, click on the "Submit" button.
- Login credentials: After successful registration, a new page will appear with your login credentials. Use these credentials to log in and fill in your choices of colleges and courses.
- Choice filling: Fill in your preferred colleges and courses in order of priority. You can choose as many choices as you want.
- Locking of choices: After you have filled in your choices, you need to lock them by clicking on the "Lock Choices" button. Once the choices are locked, you cannot make any changes.
- Seat allotment: The MCC conducts the seat allotment process based on your rank, category, and the choices filled by you. You will be able to see your seat allotment result on the official website.
- Reporting to the allotted college: If you are satisfied with the seat allotted to you, you need to report to the allotted college within the specified time with all the required documents and pay the admission fee.

Rounds For Counselling
Round 1:
- Register: Pay the non-refundable registration fee and refundable security deposit.
- Choose colleges: Fill in your preferred colleges in order of priority and lock your choices.
- Seat allotment: MCC processes your choices and allots seats based on merit and rank. Results are published on the MCC website.
- Reporting: If you get a seat, report to the allotted college and complete admission formalities. You can opt for an upgrade to Round 2 here.
Round 2:
- New Registrations: Only for those who didn't register in Round 1 or resigned/didn't report in Round 1.
- Fresh choices: Fill in new choices for available seats.
- Results and reporting: Same as Round 1.
Mop-Up Round:
- Fresh registrations: Only for those who exited Round 2 with fee forfeiture or those who registered but got no seat in Rounds 1 & 2. Not eligible for those who joined a seat in Round 2.
