Counselling Registrations
Step 1. Registration
- Visit the website: www.cee.kerala.gov.in
- Click on “PGMedical2023- Online Application”
- Enter NEET application number and date of birth (as per NEET PG registration)
- Create a strong password (8+ characters, with letters, numbers, and symbols)
- Note down the system-generated application number

Step 3. Pay Application Fee
- Choose payment method:

Step 1. Registration (Open for a specified period):

- Click on “PGMedical2023- Online Application”

Step 2. Option Registration (Open for a specified period):
- Login using your application number and password
- Go to “Option Registration” tab
- Choose your preferred courses and colleges in order of priority
- Save your options and confirm them before the deadline
Step 3. Allotment (Published on the website):
- The CEE processes options and publishes allotment results on the website
- Check your allotment memo for assigned course, college, and fee details
Step 4. Admission (Within the specified time):
- If satisfied with the allotment, report to the allotted college and pay the fee
- Failure to report within the deadline results in cancellation of allotment and options
5. Subsequent Phases (Optional):
- If not satisfied, participate in subsequent allotment phases by:
- Confirming remaining options (mandatory in some phases)
- Cancelling unwanted options
- Rearranging priority of options
- Fresh option registration allowed in mop-up round only
6. Mop-Up Round (Last Chance):

MCC 50% AIQ Quota
About MCC
Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. The MCC is responsible for conducting online counselling for admission of 50% of seats to various postgraduate medical and dental courses in India, including MBBS and BDS, through the NEET UG and NEET PG exams, respectively.
The MCC conducts centralized counselling for the 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government medical and dental colleges across India, as well as for seats in Deemed and Central Universities, ESIC, and AFMC colleges. The counselling process involves registration, choice filling, seat allotment, document verification, and admission to the allotted colleges.
MCC NEET Counselling Registration
MCC holds four rounds of NEET-UG counseling for AIQ, including a mop-up round and a stray vacancy round. Following the completion of Round 2, the MCC will fill the remaining seats in a mop-up round and a stray vacancy round. The following steps must be taken:
- Visit the official website: Visit the official website of MCC (https://mcc.nic.in/) and click on the “UG Medical Counseling” tab.
- New registration: Click on “New Registration” and fill in all the required details such as personal details, contact details, NEET exam details, and security pin. After filling in all the details, click on the “Submit” button.
- Login credentials: After successful registration, a new page will appear with your login credentials. Use these credentials to log in and fill in your choices of colleges and courses.
- Choice filling: Fill in your preferred colleges and courses in order of priority. You can choose as many choices as you want.
- Locking of choices: After you have filled in your choices, you need to lock them by clicking on the “Lock Choices” button. Once the choices are locked, you cannot make any changes.
- Seat allotment: The MCC conducts the seat allotment process based on your rank, category, and the choices filled by you. You will be able to see your seat allotment result on the official website.
- Reporting to the allotted college: If you are satisfied with the seat allotted to you, you need to report to the allotted college within the specified time with all the required documents and pay the admission fee.

Rounds For Counselling
Round 1:
- Register: Pay the non-refundable registration fee and refundable security deposit.
- Choose colleges: Fill in your preferred colleges in order of priority and lock your choices.
- Seat allotment: MCC processes your choices and allots seats based on merit and rank. Results are published on the MCC website.
- Reporting: If you get a seat, report to the allotted college and complete admission formalities. You can opt for an upgrade to Round 2 here.
Round 2:
- New Registrations: Only for those who didn’t register in Round 1 or resigned/didn’t report in Round 1.
- Fresh choices: Fill in new choices for available seats.
- Results and reporting: Same as Round 1.
Mop-Up Round:
- Fresh registrations: Only for those who exited Round 2 with fee forfeiture or those who registered but got no seat in Rounds 1 & 2. Not eligible for those who joined a seat in Round 2.

Kerala NEET PG Counselling 2023 Merit List is a compilation of candidates who have appeared for the NEET PG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate) examination and have applied for the counselling process in Bihar.
