Eligibility Criteria
a) Age: The candidate must be 17 years old on December 31st of the year in which admission is sought.
b) Qualifying exam: The candidate must have a 10+2 diploma or equivalent in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Obtaining a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects.
c) Entrance Test: NEET-U.G. (NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST)
For PG:
Admission Criteria: All seats are assigned based on the results of the PG-NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST. (PG-NEET)
The candidate must have completed an MBBS from an MCI-approved medical college.
For general category candidates, a minimum of 50 percentile in NEET-PG is required, while for reserved category candidates, a minimum of 40 percentile is required.

For the academic year 2021-22, newly admitted first-year MBBS students from the NEET state quota will be admitted to this college through FIRST ROUND counseling. From 07.02.2022 to 10.02.2022 from 10.00 AM to 3.00 PM in Room No. 4 & 5 (Demonstration Room) of Anatomy Department, Government Medical College, Rangbadi Road, Kota campus, the students of the course (Batch 2021) underwent medical examination. The members of the previously formed Medical Board are reminded to arrive on time, at the specified date and location, and complete the necessary work related to the medical examination process.
Service Bond/ Undertaking:
l- Candidates who select Government seats for the MBBS course shall not resign the course before completion;
2- Candidates who select Government seats for the MBBS course shall serve the Government for a minimum of three years after completion of the course, if the Government so desires;
3- That if the MBBS students fail to fulfil the above conditions, the surety of the MBBS students shall be jointly and separately liable for the penalty of Rs.5,00,000/- as per this Bond / Undertaking.

NEET Counseling process
Government Medical College, Kota will release the prospectus and schedule for MBBS state quota admission after the NEET 2023 results are released. The website https://rajpgmedical2021.com/ will be fired in its full extent. This website will be active 10-15 days after the NEET 2022 results are available and fill the online application form by depositing the fee of Rs 2000 and Security money (Gen/EWS-10,000 OBC/SC/ST-5000 Govt. Medical College or 1,00,000/- for Private Medical College). This allows for online first phase counseling, offline second phase counseling, and online mop up round counseling. In Rajasthan’s every round counseling, new registrations are being accepted.
First Round
This counseling is done online, and there is no free first round in Uttar Pradesh. If you are assigned a seat and choose to join, you may do so and be given the option of upgrading in the second round. After receiving a seat allotment in the first round, one must deposit the tuition payments and original papers for the first year in the allotted college for government seats and by visiting the nodal centre for private seats.
Second Stage Counseling:
Following the first round of Rajasthan, the second round of counseling is held to fill the vacant seats, and the seats are transferred to the state following the second round of MCC. This counseling will be conducted offline and will not be presented to candidates at the time of counseling. This admission is made on the basis of on-the-spot merit. In this case, the first-round seat can also be upgraded. You cannot participate in the second round of Rajasthan if you have joined the seat in the second round of MCC. You cannot resign if you are allotted a seat in the second State Quota MBBS Counseling 2022 Guidance 27 By – Harsahay Chopra round of Rajasthan. If you want to resign, you must do so by attending college, but you will no longer be eligible for the Mopup and stray vacancy rounds. The vacant NRI seat is converted into management quota in the second round (payment seat). In the second round, candidates from Rajasthan will be assigned to a private college seat; if the seat remains vacant, candidates from other states will be assigned.
Mop Up Round Counseling :-
This counseling is done after the second round to fill the vacant seats. Offline counseling is provided. In the mop-up round, candidates from Rajasthan will be assigned to a private college seat; if the seat remains vacant, candidates from other states will be assigned. Only candidates who were not assigned seats in the first and second rounds are eligible to participate in this round.
Counseling for Stray vacancy (Residual medical) round :-
This counseling is held in Rajasthan to fill the vacant seats left after the Mop up round of government MBBS. These seats are also filled by the counseling authority, but it has been observed that there are no vacant seats following the Government’s Mop up round of MBBS. Following the Mop up round of MBBS at Private Medical College, the vacant seats are transferred to the respective college and filled by the college itself.
