Following the first round of Rajasthan, the second round of counseling is held to fill the vacant seats, and the seats are transferred to the state following the second round of MCC. This counseling will be conducted offline and will not be presented to candidates at the time of counseling. This admission is made on the basis of on-the-spot merit. In this case, the first-round seat can also be upgraded. You cannot participate in the second round of Rajasthan if you have joined the seat in the second round of MCC. You cannot resign if you are allotted a seat in the second State Quota MBBS Counseling 2022 Guidance 27 By – Harsahay Chopra round of Rajasthan. If you want to resign, you must do so by attending college, but you will no longer be eligible for the Mopup and stray vacancy rounds.
