The name and hand of the Reporting / Nodal Center for Document Verification / Admission will be mentioned in the provisional allotment letter downloaded by the allotted candidate, and the candidate will go to his concerned Reporting / Nodal Center to complete his Document Verification. If any candidates do not complete their Document Verification by the deadline, they will be considered ineligible for the next round, and their allotted seat will be considered void, and they will also be disqualified for further counseling. However, if a candidate does not receive a seat allotment in the first round, they must wait until the next round.

If the candidate has expressed a desire for advancement to the the next round and has completed their Document Verification by visiting the Reporting / Nodal Center, they must submit their original certificate to the concerned reporting / nodal centre. Second Stage Counseling :-

Following the first round of HRD, the second round of counseling is held to fill the vacant seats, and the seats are transferred to the state following the second round of MCC. It is available online, and seat allocation is based on the selection made in the first round. In this case, the first-round seat can also be upgraded. Participants cannot participate in the second round of India if they have joined the seat in the second round of MCC.

Mop Up Round Counseling :-

This counseling is done following the second round to fill the vacant seats. This is an offline counseling session, so vehicle candidates will not be present.
