Haryana NEET Counselling 2024

Haryana NEET Counselling 2024 will be conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana for admission to medical and dental colleges in the state. The counselling process is conducted online, and candidates must register themselves to participate in the counselling process. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has conducted the NEET Exam on 5th May 2024 for admission to MBBS & BDS courses. Candidate who wants to apply for NEET counselling can register themselves on the conducting authority’s official website https://dmer.haryana.gov.in/. Participation in Haryana NEET Counselling will be based NEET Exam Score, the candidate must have a qualified and eligible score. Directorate of Medical Education and Research will handle Haryana NEET Counselling 2024 for 85% of government college seats and 100% of private colleges seats, whereas the remaining 15% of seats of government colleges will be conductedthe the by Medical Counselling Committee ((MCC) under the All India Quota (AIQ).

Counselling Registration

Step 1: Visit the Official Website

  1. Go to the official website: https://uhsrugcounselling.com.

Step 2: Fresh Registration 2. Click on the "Fresh Registration" or "New Registration" link.

Step 3: Provide Personal Information 3. Fill in your details, including your name, date of birth, gender, category, and contact information.

Step 4: Academic Details 4. Enter your NEET UG 2024 roll number and score.

Step 5: Upload Documents 5. Upload scanned copies of the required documents, which may include:

  • NEET UG 2024 scorecard
  • Class 10th and 12th mark sheets
  • Category certificate (if applicable)
  • Domicile certificate
  • Passport-sized photograph and signature

Step 6: Pay Registration Fee 6. Pay the registration fee according to your category through the online payment mode provided on the portal. The fee details are as follows:

  • Rs. 2500/- for Unreserved Category

Counselling Process

Step 1: Registration and Document Verification

  • Visit the official website: https://uhsrugcounselling.com.
  • Fresh candidates must complete the online registration process during the specified dates soon.
  • During registration, provide all required personal and academic information.
  • Upload the necessary documents, including the NEET UG 2024 scorecard, and other relevant certificates.
  • Pay the registration and counseling fee as per the category you belong to:
    • Rs. 2500/- for Unreserved Category
    • Rs. 1250/- for SC/BC/EWS/PWD Category of Haryana
    • Rs. 10,000/- for NRI Category
  • After successful registration and fee payment, you will receive a unique registration ID and password.

Step 2: Choice Filling and Locking

  • Log in to your account using the registration ID and password.
  • Complete the choice filling process by selecting your preferred courses and institutions.
  • Carefully review your choices before locking them in because changes will not be allowed after the last date notified.

Step 3: Provisional Allocation and Grievances

  • The provisional allocation of seats will be published soon.
  • If you have any grievances about the provisional allocation, you can submit them by the specified date soon.
  • After addressing grievances, the final allocation list will be updated.

Step 4: Tuition Fee Deposition

  • Pay the provisional tuition fee online through the admission web portal soon.

Step 5: Document Verification

  • Candidates provisionally allotted seats must appear in person for document verification at Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. No representation through authority letters or other means will be accepted.
  • Document verification will take place to be announced.

  • Report to the allotted institute by the specified date soon.

MCC Counselling Process

MCC will be the conducting the counselling process for admission to Medical, Dental Colleges and Nursing Colleges for the AIQ, Central Institutes, University, AIMS, JIPMER , Deemed universities, AMU, BHU and etc. The Counselling will be held in Four Rounds Namely Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 and additional Round known as Stray vacancy round which will be the last round for the counselling and admission. Here’re are some details about each round given below:

ROUND-1:

  • Register for Main Counseling: Visit www.mcc.nic.in and register for Round-1 by paying a Non-Refundable Registration fee and Refundable Security Deposit.
  • Choice Filling and Locking: Choose your preferred institutes and courses during the specified days and lock your choices.
  • Seat Allotment Round-1: Based on your choices and merit, seats will be allotted in Round-1.
  • Result Publication: The Round-1 result will be published on the MCC website.
  • Upload Essential Certificates: After the result is declared, upload the necessary certificates as per the guidelines.
  • Physical Reporting: If allotted a seat, physically report to the allocated Medical/Dental College with original documents. Those who want to upgrade to Round-2 must report with their original documents.

ROUND-2:

  • Candidates Not Allotted in Round-1: If you weren’t allotted a seat in Round-1, no need to register again. You will automatically be considered for Round-2.
  • Fresh Registration for Round-2: New candidates or those who didn’t register in Round-1 must register for Round-2 by paying the fees.
  • Choice Filling and Locking: Fill new choices and lock them during the specified period.
  • Seat Allotment Round-2: Seats will be allotted based on your choices and merit.
  • Result Publication: The Round-2 result will be published on the MCC website.
  • Upload Essential Certificates: After the Round-2 result is declared, upload the necessary certificates as per the guidelines.
  • Physical Reporting: If allotted a seat in Round-2, physically report to the allocated Medical/Dental College. Upgraded candidates must take relieving from Round-1 seat and join Round-2 seat.

ROUND-3:

  • Candidates Not Allotted in Previous Rounds: If you were not allotted a seat in Round-1 or Round-2, no need to register again. You will be considered for Round-3.
  • Fresh Registration for Round-3: New candidates or those who didn’t register in Round-1 or Round-2 must register for Round-3 by paying the fees.
  • Choice Filling and Locking: Fill new choices and lock them during the specified period.
  • Seat Allotment Round-3: Seats will be allotted based on your choices and merit.
  • Result Publication: The Round-3 result will be published on the MCC website.
  • Upload Essential Certificates: After the Round-3 result is declared, upload the necessary certificates as per the guidelines.
  • Physical Reporting: If allotted a seat in Round-3, physically report to the allocated Medical/Dental College.

FINAL STRAY VACANCY ROUND:

  • Fresh Registrations: Candidates must register for the Final Stray Vacancy Round.
  • Elimination: Candidates with allotted seats in other rounds will be eliminated from the Stray Vacancy Round.
  • Stray Vacancy Round: The AIQ Stray Vacancy Round for vacant seats will be conducted online by MCC of DGHS, MoHFW.
  • Seat Allotment: Seats will be allotted based on merit in the Stray Vacancy Round.
  • Joining Allotted Seat: If allotted a seat in the Stray Round, the candidate must join the allocated seat/college. Failure to join will result in debarment from NEET examination for 01 year and forfeiture of fees.

(Note: Candidates can participate in Round-2 or Round-3 directly without fresh registration if they are not allotted a seat in the previous round. Upgraded candidates cannot claim their previous round seat.)

Minimum Eligibility Criteria for All CategoriesAll candidates, including General/SC/SC(Deprived)/BC-A/BC-B/Benchmark disabilities/EWS/ESM/FF, must meet the minimum eligibility criteria, qualifications, and qualifying criteria as prescribed in the information bulletin for National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) issued by NTA for the Academic year 2024-25.

Candidates must score at least the minimum eligibility marks specified in the NEET UG-2024 Information Bulletin to be eligible for admission to MBBS/BDS courses.
