Tamil Nadu NEET Counselling

Tamil Nadu NEET Counselling 2025 will be conducted by The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tamil Nadu for admission to MBBS and BDS courses. DME, Tamil Nadu will manage counselling for 85% of seats in Government Medical Colleges and Government Dental Colleges statewide, as well as 100% of seats in Private Medical Colleges and Private Dental Colleges. The remaining 15% of government college seats will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

Admission to Tamil Nadu’s medical and dental courses will be based on candidates’ NEET Exam rank, which will conduct on 4th May 2025. The results are anticipated to be available on 14th June 2025 on the NTA’s official website. In the state of Tamil Nadu, there are a total of 5250 government MBBS seats, 6450 private MBBS seats, 263 government BDS seats, and 2050 private BDS seats available for aspiring medical and dental students. Counselling Registration For Government Quota

Step 1: Access Online Application

  • Log in to either of these official websites:

    • www.tnmedicalselection.org
  • Application forms will be available soon.

Step 2: Fill Application Form

  • Fill in all mandatory fields in the online application form.
  • Upload necessary documents in PDF format.
  • Ensure all required fields are complete before submitting.

Step 3: Document Upload

  • Upload the following documents while filling the form:
    • NEET-UG 2025 Admit Card and Score Card.
    • Class X, Class XI, H.S.C. Mark Sheets (both sides).
    • Transfer certificate after completing H.S.C. or equivalent.
    • Study proof from VI to XII for Tamil Nadu candidates.
    • Community Certificate (if applicable).
    • Nativity Certificate.
    • Parents' documents for native claim.

  2. Payment of Registration Fee: Pay a non-refundable Registration Fee of Rs. 1000 through the online payment portal. This fee confirms your participation in the counseling process.
  3. Security Deposit Payment: For Management Quota, including Minority/NRI Category seats, submit a refundable Security Deposit of Rs. 1,00,000 via the online payment portal. This deposit reserves your seat.
  4. Download Allotment Order: After payment, download your allotment order. This document signifies your commitment to the allocated seat.

MCC NEET UG Counselling Registration Process 2025

StepDescription
Step 1: Update Contact InformationEnsure that the email address and mobile number provided during the NEET UG application process are accurate. These will be used for MCC registration and communication.
Step 2: Await CommunicationAll communication, including information and updates regarding counseling, will be sent by MCC of DGHS, MoHFW via email to the registered email address or SMS to the mobile number.
Step 3: No Changes AllowedRequests to change the registered mobile number or email address will not be entertained by the MCC of DGHS, MoHFW.
