Admission Rules

• Selected candidates must download the allotment order from the website https://drysr.uhsap.in after paying the University fee of Rs.10,600/- through the payment gateway.

• Candidates should submit the filled online application form, duly signed provisional allotment order, and original certificates. Include one set of attested copies of all relevant certificates to the Principal of the allotted college during joining for final verification. If any discrepancies arise, the provisional allotment will be canceled.

• If incorrect information or fake documents are discovered during admission or later, the University will take appropriate action as per rules. This could involve canceling the seat or admission without any prior notice.

MCC NEET UG Counselling Process 2025

Step	Description
Step 1: Update Contact Information	Ensure that the email address and mobile number provided during the NEET UG application process are accurate. These will be used for MCC registration and communication.
Step 2: Await Communication	All communication, including information and updates regarding counseling, will be sent by MCC of DGHS, MoHFW via email to the registered email address or SMS to the mobile number.
Step 3: No Changes Allowed	Requests to change the registered mobile number or email address will not be entertained by the MCC of DGHS, MoHFW.
Step 4: Recommended Device and Browser	Use a laptop or computer with the latest versions of Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Windows, or iOS for registration and choice-filling to avoid technical complications.
Step 5: Register on MCC Website	Qualified and eligible candidates must register on the MCC website (www.mcc.nic.in) to participate in the counseling process for seat allotment.
Step 6: Sandes App for OTP	Download the Sandes app to receive OTP on the registered phone number for registration.
Step 7: Upload Essential Certificates	After the declaration of NEET UG results, candidates must mandatorily upload essential certificates as per the requirements specified by the MCC.
Step 8: Physical Reporting	Carry original documents during physical reporting to the allotted college to confirm seat allotment and complete admission procedures.

MCC NEET UG Counselling Process

MCC NEET UG Counselling Process includes four rounds, each with its own set of rules and procedures. The counseling process begins with Round 1 & concludes with a Final Stray Vacancy Round, where remaining vacant seats are filled through fresh registrations, ensuring all available positions are occupied. Candidates must upload essential certificates after each round's result declaration to facilitate the verification process. Below is the step by step process for each round,

Round 1:

• a) Main Counseling Registration: Candidates register and pay a non-refundable registration fee along with a refundable security deposit.

Nationality	Andhra Pradesh applicants must be Indian citizens.NRI candidates with Indian passports are also eligible to Andhra Pradesh. Under the NRI Category, Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) and Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) are eligible to Andhra Pradesh NEET Counselling.
Age Limit	17 years old . In addition, the candidate's maximum age should be 25 years.
Qualification	The candidate must have passed from a recognized board/institute with a Class 12 credential or equivalent. In addition, the qualifying test should include Biology, Chemistry, English, and Physics as core subjects.A minimum of 50% is required for the general category, 40% for SC/ST, and 45% for Physically Disabled candidates.
