About Medical Course (MBBS & MD/MS)

Registration Process
Step 1: Registration (Create a New User Account)
- To fill out an online application form, go to BCECE Board’s website (bceceboard.bihar.gov.in) then click “UGMAC Online Application Portal” and then click the “Apply Online” button.
- Candidates must enter their NEET Roll No. and then click on the verify button, after which they must enter their Date of Birth and other details as shown on the screen.
- Enter your Mobile No & Email ID for verification and then enter OTP.
Note: After successful email ID and mobile number verification and registration, the registered mobile number and email ID cannot be changed in any way throughout the UGMAC Counselling process.
- After registering, the candidate will receive an email and a message confirming their registration.
- After that, candidates must log in to their account by entering their email address and password, and then proceed with the remaining activities to successfully submit their online application form.
Step 2 – Provide Personal Information
Candidates will be required to submit information such as their mother’s name, father’s name, and address details in this step of NEET UG counselling. It should be noted that these details cannot be changed by the candidates later; thus, the information provided should be similar to the documents candidates will submit at the time of admission.
Step 3 – Upload Photo & Signature
After entering his or her personal information, the candidate should scan and upload his or her passport-size photograph, as uploaded in the NEET-UG 2022 online application form, as well as his or her full signature in Hindi and English (not in capital letters). After you’ve uploaded your photo and signature, click the “Save & Continue” button.
Step 4 – Educational Information
Following the upload of the scanned photo and signature, the candidate should enter his or her educational information on the computer screen and click on the “Save & Continue” button.
Step 5 – Preview Application
After entering educational information, the candidate must double-check all of the information. If the preview of the application form is found to be correct, the candidate must sign his or her declaration and click the “Proceed to Payment” button.
Step 6 – Counselling Fee & Security Deposit
Candidates must pay a non-refundable registration / counselling fee of Rs. 1200/- for UNRESERVED/BC/EBC candidates and Rs. 600/- only for SC/ST/DQ candidates through online mode only. However, in the case of private colleges, all candidates must pay a non-refundable registration and counselling fee of Rs.1200/-.

About MCC
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. The MCC is responsible for conducting online counselling for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate medical and dental courses in India, including MBBS and BDS, through the NEET UG and NEET PG exams, respectively.
The MCC conducts centralized counselling for the All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government medical and dental colleges across India, as well as for seats in Deemed and Central Universities, ESIC, and AFMC colleges. The counselling process involves registration, choice filling, seat allotment, document verification, and admission to the allotted colleges.
MCC NEET Counselling Registration
MCC holds four rounds of NEET-UG counselling for AIQ, including a mop-up round and a stray vacancy round. Following the completion of Round 2, the MCC will fill the remaining seats in a mop-up round and a stray vacancy round. The following steps must be taken:
- Visit the official website: Visit the official website of MCC (https://mcc.nic.in/) and click on the “UG Medical Counseling” tab.
- New registration: Click on “New Registration” and fill in all the required details such as personal details, contact details, NEET exam details, and security pin. After filling in all the details, click on the “Submit” button.
- Login credentials: After successful registration, a new page will appear with your login credentials. Use these credentials to log in and fill in your choices of colleges and courses.
- Choice filling: Fill in your preferred colleges and courses in order of priority. You can choose as many choices as you want.
- Locking of choices: After you have filled in your choices, you need to lock them by clicking on the “Lock Choices” button. Once the choices are locked, you cannot make any changes.
- Seat allotment: The MCC conducts the seat allotment process based on your rank, category, and the choices filled by you. You will be able to see your seat allotment result on the official website.
- Reporting to the allotted college: If you are satisfied with the seat allotted to you, you need to report to the allotted college within the specified time with all the required documents and pay the admission fee.
