Counselling Registration
Step 1: Register & Pay :
- Website: Visit the official website of the Rajasthan PG Medical Admission/Counselling Board.

Counselling Process
The counseling process for PG Medical Admissions/Allotments 2024 involves several steps that must be followed carefully. Here is a step-wise counseling process for PG Medical Admissions/Allotments:
Step 1: Fill the Application Form Carefully
Candidates must fill the on-line application form carefully, as any lapse detected during scrutiny may result in rejection of their candidature, even if they come through the final stage of admission process or at a later stage. Handwritten/typed/photostat copies/printed application forms/screen printouts will not be entertained.
Step 2: Make Sure of Eligibility and Correct Declaration
Candidates should make sure of their eligibility, and that the declaration made by them regarding their eligibility is correct in all respects. They will be liable to legal action and/or punishment if it is found that they have furnished incorrect information or made false declaration regarding their eligibility at any stage or suppressed any information.
Step 3: Registration fees
The candidate has to pay the fees after successful registration. The candidate has to pay the fees through the Various payment gateways.The fees details for the registration are given below;

Step 3: Jurisdiction for Legal Cases
Candidates should note that the jurisdiction for legal cases arising out of PG Medical Admissions/Allotments shall be limited to the Rajasthan High Court only.
Step 4: Admission Board's Decision is Final
The decision of the Admission Board in all aspects pertaining to the application and its acceptance or rejection as the case may be, conduct of counseling, and at all consequent stages culminating in the admission or otherwise of any candidate shall be final and binding on all concerned.
Step 5: Admission Board's Right to Alter and Modify Time Schedule
The admission board reserves its right to alter and modify the time schedule and conditions laid down in the notification, instruction booklet for conducting the various stages up to the admission, duly intimating details thereof on the website, as warranted by any unforeseen circumstances arising during the course of this process or as deemed necessary by the admission board at any stage.
Step 5: Note Your Password and Keep It Safe
Candidates should note their password for further steps and keep it safe. The NEET PG Counseling Board 2024 will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of forgotten password/misuse of their password. It is their responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their password. Sharing of their password can result in its misuse by somebody else, leading to even exclusion of a genuine candidate from the online allotment process.
Step 7: Choice Filling
- The guidelines and requirements for choice filling will be available with publication of seat matrix. Candidates must fill their choices very carefully, based on the seat matrix and corresponding fee structure.
- Any candidate opting seats permitted by the MCI/NMC will not be allowed to claim for any change on this ground, except during subsequent allotment depending upon his/her merit and as per preference only.
- If a candidate does not submit his/her choice till the specified date and time, he/she will lose the chance of participation in the on-line allotment process. The choices filled shall be final for on-line allotments.
Step 8: Allotments
The allotment of the subject and college/institute shall be made strictly on the basis of merit cum preference as per the reservation roster and in accordance with the rules laid down by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India/Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court/MCI/NMC/NBE/Government of Rajasthan/RUHS.
Step 9: Reporting at the allotted college / institute
- The candidates who have been allotted seats must report in person to the allotted college/institute for admission and completion of other formalities within the specified schedule failing which their admission will be cancelled and the seat so vacated will be offered to the next candidate in the merit list.
- The candidates must bring with them all the original certificates / documents as given in the information booklet for verification along with one set of photocopies and two latest passport size photographs.
Step 10: Admission formalities at the college / institute
- The candidates must complete all the admission formalities, including the payment of tuition fees, at the allotted college / institute within the specified schedule. Cancellation of admission and forfeiture of fees
- The admission of a candidate may be cancelled and his / her fees forfeited in case any of the certificates / documents submitted by him / her are found to be false / fabricated or if he / she fails to fulfill any of the eligibility criteria or in case he / she fails to report in person to the allotted college / institute within the specified schedule.
Mop-up round
In case of any vacancies arising due to non-reporting / cancellation of admission by any candidate, a mop-up round will be conducted as per the guidelines issued by the Admission Board.

MCC 50% AIQ Quota
About MCC
Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. The MCC is responsible for conducting online counselling for admission of 50% of seats to various postgraduate medical and dental courses in India, including MBBS and BDS, through the NEET UG and NEET PG exams, respectively.
The MCC conducts centralized counselling for the 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government medical and dental colleges across India, as well as for seats in Deemed and Central Universities, ESIC, and AFMC colleges. The counselling process involves registration, choice filling, seat allotment, document verification, and admission to the allotted colleges.
MCC NEET Counselling Registration
MCC holds four rounds of NEET-UG counseling for AIQ, including a mop-up round and a stray vacancy round. Following the completion of Round 2, the MCC will fill the remaining seats in a mop-up round and a stray vacancy round. The following steps must be taken:
- Visit the official website: Visit the official website of MCC (https://mcc.nic.in/) and click on the "UG Medical Counseling" tab.

Rounds For Counselling
Round 1:
