GMERS Medical College Gandhinagar was founded in 2012 by the Gujarat Medical Education and Research Society (GMERS) and the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Gujarat. The NMC has approved this college, and it is affiliated with Gujarat University. GMERS Gandhinagar is a premier medical college in Gujarat.
In August 2012, the first batch of 200 MBBS students was admitted to GMERS Medical College in Gandhinagar. Total duration of MBBS course is 4 & ½ year and Compulsory rotational Internship of 1 year.
The medical college is spread over a lush green area of 42 acres, which houses teaching hospital, Auditorium, Doctor staff quarters, Nursing staff quarters, Resident quarters, Boys’ hostel, Girls’ hostel, Playground, and other supportive facilities. Separate hostel accommodation with food for boys and girls is available in the campus.

Counselling Registration
- Step1: Visit the official Gujarat NEET Counselling website https://www.medadmgujarat.org/.
- Step 2: Register with your personal details and create a username and password.
- Step 3: Pay the required registration fees online.
- Step 4: Fill in your preferred college and course choices.
- Step 5:Visit a Help Center for document verification (if necessary).
- Step 6:Seat allotment will be done based on your choices and NEET rank.
- Step 7:If satisfied with the allotted seat, report to the college and pay tuition fees.
- Step 8:Optionally, you can participate in further rounds for seat upgradation.
