First Round of Online Counseling under NEET UG-2022 revised schedule
The prospectus will be available on the university’s website, www.bfuhs.ac.in, on October 7, 2022.
The deadline for submitting an online admission application form via the university website is October 15, 2022, as is the deadline for depositing a fee of Rs. 5900/ (5000+900(@18%GST)) & (Rs. 2950/ (2500+450(@18%GST)) through an online payment gateway for SC candidates.
Sports Category Candidates will personally (by hand) submit a printed/hard copy of the online submitted form on October 17, 2022 until (05:00 pm) in the University, along with a Sports Gradation Certificate issued by the Director, Sports, Punjab and other supporting self-attested copies of certificates/documents.
Note– Persons with Disabilities-PWD (Category Code 16)-At the time of reporting in the provisionally allotted college, PWDs must present a Disability certificate (as per prospectus Page No. 46) duly issued by the Designated Centre(s) as informed by DGHS, New Delhi to the Principal.
Schedule/Details for document verification and eligibility checks will be follows on October 18, 2022 (10:00 am):
a) Category Codes- 18(1), 18(2), 19, 20(1), 20(2), 21– Terrorist/Sikh Riot affected
b) Category Code 22 to 30– Wards of Armed Forces Personnel- Defense
c) Category Codes–31 to 33-Wards of Punjab Police Personnel, Punjab Armed Police, Punjab Home Guards and Para-Military Forces
d) Freedom Fighter Category Code-34
Candidates applying for the Micro-reserved categories listed in above, must attend in the Auditorium Hall at GGS Medical College, Faridkot, in accordance with the stated schedule.
The dates from October 16 to October 17, 2022, will be used to verify if minority candidates are eligible for admission to MBBS/BDS programmes for the session 2022, and will be held at the following venue:
a) Sikh Minority- At SGRD Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Amritsar
b) Christian Minority- At Christian Medical College, Ludhiana
Note- Candidates must report to the respective Institute with all original certificates/documents, including documentation in support of the claimed category, in accordance with the rules/notification.
Candidates’ Provisional Merit List will be displayed on October 20, 2022.
The final date is October 21, 2022 (upto 05:00 pm) for NEET UG applicants to submit objections to the Provisional Merit List (if any). Note: Objections may only be made in person at the Admission Branch of the BFUHS in Faridkot, together with the necessary records and documentation.
Final Provisional Merit List will be displayed on October 22, 2022.
For NRi candidates
The deadline to submit a physical application form for the NRI quota is October 17, 2022 (Application form for Eligibility certificate and admission application form for NRI candidates are accessible separately on the University website, www bfuhs ac in).
1st Round of Online Counseling Schedule
Participation in the first round of online counselling will take place from October 23 to October 27, 2022. (upto 11:59 PM)
Seat allotment processing is scheduled from October 28 to October 31, 2022.
The result will be revealed on November 2, 2022.
The deadline for NEET UG aspirants to submit objections to the Provisional Allotment List (if any) is 03.11.2022 (up to 12:00 Noon). Note: Objections must be submitted in person, along with relevant documents/records, to the Admission Branch, BFUHS, Faridkot.
If there is a change in provisional allotment after considering objections, it will be posted on the University website on November 3, 2022.
Candidates must report to their provisionally assigned colleges and pay the six-month tuition fee via the University Payment Gateway, which is available on the University website in Student Login until November 7, 2022. (till 5:00 PM).
