All India Quota MCC NEET Counseling (AIQ) is conducted by MCC Counseling for admission to various medical and dental courses. All applicants who qualified for All India Quota seats based on their NEET UG rank as determined by the National Testing Agency (NTA) from across the country. Qualified applicants can obtain their rank letter/results from the NTA website. The MCC website will also have the cut-off rank for eligible candidates (www.mcc.nic.in)
Only candidates declared Qualified/Eligible for All India Quota Undergraduate Seats (MBBS/BDS) will be eligible for the online All India Quota Seats allotment process conducted by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, and Government of India. AIQ online counseling is divided into four stages: AIQ Round 1, AIQ Round 2, AIQ Mop-Up Round, as well as AIQ Stray Vacancy Round.

MCC Counelling Process
About MCC:
The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) is the authorized body to conduct counseling for the National Eligibility Cumulative Entrance Test (NEET) for qualified applicants. The MCC/DGHS will conduct counseling for 15% AIQ, 100% Deemed Universities, Central Universities (including Delhi University, AMU, and BHU including Institutional/Domicile Quota), ESIC, AFMC (only Registration Part), and I.P Universities (VMMC, SJH, and D ABVIMS, RML, and& ESIC Dental), Delhi (15% AIQ + 85% Institutional Quota), 100% AIIMS, 100% JIPMER, and B.
MCC NEET Counselling Registration and Choice filling
MCC will hold four rounds of NEET-UG counseling for AIQ, including a mop-up round and a stray vacancy round. Following the completion of Round 2, the MCC will fill the remaining seats in a mop-up round and a stray vacancy round. The following steps must be taken:
Step 1: To apply for NEET UG counseling, go to the Medical Counselling Committee’s website, mcc.nic.in.
Step 2: Then, on the homepage, select UG Medical Counselling.
Step 3: On the screen, look for the NEET UG Counselling registration link and click on it.
Step 4: Fill out the required information and register on the MCC website.
Step 5: Fill out the NEET UG Counselling application form after logging in.
Step 6: After that, upload the required documents, pay the NEET UG Counselling registration fee, and submit the form.
Step 7: Finish the NEET counseling option locking process.
Step 8: Check your college admission status after the NEET UG seat allotment result is released.
Step 9: Then, with all of the required documentation, go to the designated medical college for admission.
Seat Allotment
After every round of counseling, the seat allotment result will be declared. NEET counseling results, released in the form of the seat allotment list and seat allotment letter, will release the seat allotted to the candidates. Candidates can check their name, roll no., allotted category, candidates’ category, allotted college, quota, and course in the NEET seat allotment list. The seat allotment letter is an important document that needs to be submitted at the time of reporting to the allotted college along with other mandatory documents.
Reporting to the Allotted College
Candidates should report to the allotted college to complete the admission formalities. At the time of reporting to the allotted college, candidates must submit the original copy of the mandatory documents as given below

Medical Counselling Committee will announced the NEET UG provisional list And there may be changes in NEET UG Round 1 seat allotment final result 2023. The NEET UG Round 1 Final Seat Allotment Result 2023 Online is now available at MCC.nic.in.

- Aspirants should go to the official website of Medical Counselling Committee MCC.nic.in.
- Click on UG MBBS/BDS Medical Counselling on the homepage.
- Look at News & Events on the right side of the page for a link titled Notice for Final Result of UG Round 1.
- When you click on the NEET UG Round 1 Seat Allotment Result Download Link, you will be prompted to enter your credentials and check the results.

Conversion Algorithm
Seats will be converted during the Mop round for AIQ, Deemed, Central Universities/Institutes, AIIMS, JIPMER, and B.Sc. Nursing courses. The conversion will take place only after all eligible Candidates in the Conversion Category have exhausted their options.

Q. What is All India quota (AIQ)?
A. All India Quota means that colleges in a state registered with MCI must keep 15% of their total seats reserved for candidates coming through AIQ. Students are free to apply for this quota (except J&K candidates) as state domicile is not required for the same.
Q. How many AIQ seats are there in India?
A. There are a total of 4951 MBBS seats available under the All India 15% Quota in all 235 Government Medical Colleges, with the exception of AIIMS and JIPMER, with 3568 MBBS seats underneath the General Category, 708 MBBS seats under the SC Category, 352 MBBS seats under the ST Category, and 91 MBBS seats under the OBC Category.
Q. Who is eligible for the 15% All India quota?
A. The All India Quota for NEET reserves 15% of the total for MBBS/BDS courses. This category is open to all students across the country.
Q. Can I attend both AIQ and state quotas?
A. Yes, you can apply for AIQ and state quotas, which are administered by MCC and state authorities, respectively. And the state government provides counseling for 85% of state quota seats. As a result, you can apply for both.
Q. Do private colleges participate in AIQ Counselling?
A. Private medical colleges do not participate in All India Counselling, and seats are filled solely through state counseling. And for appearing for State Counselling you need to hold the domicile of that particular State.
