Dental colleges in Goa provide undergraduate (BDS) and postgraduate (MDS) dental programs. The curriculum for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses has been regulated by the National Dental Commission.
There is 01 Government Dental college with 50 BDS seats and 0 private dental colleges in Goa. Admission to these colleges will be based on the NEET Exam Score conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Goa NEET Counseling will be conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Goa for 85% of seats in government dental colleges and 100% of seats in private dental colleges for state quota. However, counselling for the remaining 15% of seats in government medical colleges will be conducted by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) under the All India Quota (AIQ).

- For 85% of the state quota seats, Goa NEET counselling would be provided by DTE, Bardez.
- A mop-up round would be included in the three rounds of Goa NEET counselling that the authority will conduct.
- The Goa MBBS/BDS counselling process will be conducted online.

- Candidates must lock their chosen options on or before the deadline after filling out the preferences. The options will automatically lock on the final day if this is not done.

After every round of counselling, the seat allotment result will be declared. NEET counselling results, released in the form of the seat allotment list and seat allotment letter, will release the seat allotted to the candidates. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
