Citizenship	The candidate must be a citizen of India.
Educational Qualification	The candidate must have passed MBBS/BDS examination from a recognized University/Institution situated in Haryana as a bonafide resident of Haryana. Alternatively, the candidate must have passed MBBS/BDS examination from any other Medical/Dental College/Institution recognized by the Medical/Dental Council of India, and their parents must produce a Haryana Resident Certificate as per Government instructions or any modification issued by competent authority from time to time.
Management Category	Candidates from all over India shall be eligible, irrespective of their state of domicile and place of study.
Internship	The candidate should have completed satisfactorily one year compulsory Rotatory Internship from Institutions recognized by the Medical/Dental Council of India for this purpose by 31.03.2024 (or any dates notified by Government of India/NMC/DCI

Counselling Process

Step 1: Registration:

• Once registration opens, visit the DMER Haryana website (Click Here).
• Click on the "PG NEET Counselling Registration" link.

• After the registration deadline, DMER will publish the provisional and final merit list of eligible candidates based on their NEET PG scores and category rank.

Important Information:

1. Email ID and Mobile Number: Use the same email ID and mobile number provided in your NBE application form. They will be pre-filled in the registration form. No changes will be entertained after registration.
