Counselling Process

Step 1: Registration:

  • Once registration opens, visit the DMER Haryana website (Click Here).
  • Click on the "PG NEET Counselling Registration" link.
  • Create an account or login if existing.
  • Fill in all required details accurately, including NEET PG roll number, marks, and preferred quota.
  • Upload scanned copies of necessary documents (photo, signature, caste certificate if applicable).

Step 2: Merit List Publication:

  • After the registration deadline, DMER will publish the provisional and final merit list of eligible candidates based on their NEET PG scores and category rank.

Step 3: Choice Filling:

  • After the merit list release, a designated timeframe will be allotted for filling choices of colleges and courses.
  • Login to the counselling portal and carefully choose your preferred colleges and courses in order of priority.
  • You can choose colleges from different quotas (general, state, etc.).
  • Lock your choices once finalized.

Step 4: Seat Allotment:

  • Based on your merit rank, preferences, and seat availability, you'll be provisionally allotted a seat.

  • If satisfied with the allotted seat, report to the designated college within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Submit original documents for verification and complete admission formalities.

Step 8: Subsequent Rounds (Optional):

  • If not satisfied with the initial seat allotment, participate in subsequent counselling rounds (if available) for fresh seat allotment (depending on vacant seats).

  • Character certificate of the Head of Institution last attended/First Class Executive Magistrate.

  • Certificate of Registration with any State Medical/Dental Council/NMC/ DCI at the time of counselling.
  • Caste Certificate issued by competent authority of the Haryana State Government (if applicable).

Counselling Registrations

Important Information:

  1. Email ID and Mobile Number: Use the same email ID and mobile number provided in your NBE application form. They will be pre-filled in the registration form. No changes will be entertained after registration.

Final Stray Vacancy Round:

  • Provisional Result: MCC uploads provisional seat allotment results after each round.
