NEET Counseling process

Prospectus and schedule for MBBS state quota campaign will be issued by Directorate of Medical Education and Training, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh after the result of NEET 2023 is declared. First Round

This counseling is done online, and there is no free first round in Uttar Pradesh. Second Round

This type of counseling is also available online. You cannot compete in the second round of UP if you joined the seat in the second round of MCC. If you did not register in the first round, the registration price for the second round will be Rs. You can register by paying a deposit of Rs. 2000/-. Candidates who received Security money in the first round may participate in the second round by depositing Security money once more. 

The seat from the first round can likewise be improved in the second round. They are not required to deposit Security funds again. If your seat is upgraded in the second round, it will be given to another applicant in the first round. In the second round, you must fulfil the admission formalities for the upgrading seat. If the seat is not upgraded in the second round, the seat from the first round will be retained. Third Round

This counseling is done after the second round to replace the vacant seats. Offline counseling is provided. Vehicle candidates will not be present for counseling. Admission is granted on the basis of on-the-spot merit in this case. 

Only candidates who were not selected in the first and second rounds are eligible to participate in this round. Those who did not register in the first and second rounds may register again. As described in the first and second rounds, the process of security money and document verification would take place on the spot. 

Candidates who registered in the first and second rounds must re-register for the Mop Up round by paying a registration cost of Rs 1000/-; they do not need to re-deposit the security money. If you obtained a place through AIQ 15 %, you will be unable to compete in the UP Mop Up round.

Hospital of Government Medical College, Badaun

The foundation of the Government Institute of Medical College (GMC) BADAUN (UP) was laid on May 13, 2008, by the Honble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Ku Mayawati ji, and the hospital was named Manyawar Kashiram Multi-Specialty Hospital.

On December 4, 2012, the state assembly passed a bill renaming the institution Medical University and Allied Hospital.

The structure was then built in accordance with university specifications.

On April 2, 2019, Shri Yogi Adityanath, the Honble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, inaugurated the hospital from Lucknow to begin the Out-Patient department.

For the efficient operation of the Out-Patient department, a team of 17 doctors on deputation from the state medical services was initially sent, followed by 10 additional doctors with specialisations to upscale the hospital’s team.

Emergency services began on August 15, 2020, and patients began to arrive at the Emergency Department. The department meticulously kept track of in-patient registration records.

On February 15, 2016, the institution was renamed the Government Institute of Medical Sciences (GMC) BADAUN (UP), began an M.B.B.S course, and was registered with the Society as an autonomous institution similar to SGPGI Lucknow. Following that, the appointment of teaching faculty and other employees was enrolled in accordance with bye laws.
